Investigations<\/u><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 Global Polygraph Services are also involved in different Investigations and used by many companies for various investigations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00b7 We have also been involved by different contractor companies for various cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Polygraph test sequence?<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1. The polygraph examiner first confers with the client or investigators reads any reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n in connection with the incident and then plans the polygraph test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Pre-Test Interview:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.1 Advise the examinee of his \/ her rights, both legal & polygraph rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.2 Discuss the case facts with the examinee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.3 Assess examinee\u2019s ability to take the polygraph test (mental & medical history)<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.4 The examinee signs the consent form as well as all other relevant forms used during the<\/p>\n\n\n\n polygraph test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.5 Conduct a forensic assessment interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.6 Generate and review all test questions in order to prevent extraneous reactions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n This will:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n a) Prevent novelty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n b) Prevent cognitive activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n c) Remove ambiguities from relevant questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n d) Focus psychological set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After being informed of the purpose of the examination, the examinee <\/strong>willingly<\/p>\n\n\n\n consented to polygraph testing and audiovisual recording of the examination after he<\/p>\n\n\n\n or she was informed of and said that he or she understood the testing process. The<\/p>\n\n\n\n examinee <\/strong>responded to questions concerning her suitability for testing and in the<\/p>\n\n\n\n opinion of the examiner, the examinee <\/strong>was suitable for testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. An acquaintance test can be conducted to familiarize the examinee with the testing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n process.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.1. The acquaintance test will proof to the examinee that the polygraph instrument is able<\/p>\n\n\n\n to detect a lie, when instructed to tell a lie. The innocent <\/strong>examinee now believes that<\/p>\n\n\n\n the polygraph instrument will proof his or her innocence. The guilty examinee now<\/p>\n\n\n\n knows that there is no way that he or she can lie during the polygraph test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3.2. The acquaintance test also allows the examinee to get use to the specific instruments<\/p>\n\n\n\n that has been attached to his or her body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4<\/u><\/strong>. In-Test Phase: <\/strong>Record physiological data, a minimum of three (3) charts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 5. Chart Interpretation: <\/u><\/strong> <\/strong>The examinee\u2019s level of nervousness or reactivity is not<\/p>\n\n\n\n explicitly compared against other people, but only against him or herself; he or she<\/p>\n\n\n\n serves as their own control.
